So for the past year i have been really searching for new ways to be frugal. Today i decided i would try and line dry our clothes to help cut cost on our energy bills. Living in West Texas the heat stays over the 100 mark on most days so not runing the drier sounded like an amazing idea......... NOT!!!!! I forgot that we live in oil country and we are blessed with lots of things but beautiful outdoor smell is not one!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only did my clothes come of the line stiff but they smelled just like they were dried right on the oil rig it's self! YUH not the clean freshly dried smell i was hoping for. hehe. You win some you loose some.
