Albertsons typically run their eggs for under $1 every couple of weeks. When they have their sale i'll buy 2-3 dozen to last us until the sale comes around again. I try and buy eggs no more then $1 a dozen unless they are farm fresh *YuMM! Eggs also freeze well so if you want to get several and freeze them they would work well in baked goods, omelets, casseroles ect. Right now Albertsons is running their egg sale for .88 so now is the time to stock up!
